Dr. Crystal Alstot
CEO/Clinical Director
Dr. Alstot’s passion for her work lies in the intersection of ABA and trauma. She firmly believes in the importance of providing trauma-informed ABA services to individuals in need. Through her research and practical experience, she has developed innovative strategies and techniques that prioritize sensitivity, compassion and respect for all clients who have developmental differences.
Jenn Uithoven
Behavior Technician
After earning her bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Grand Canyon University and working as a Graphic Designer for a few years, Jenn realized that her true calling and passion was working with special needs children. Jenn has worked with children of many ages in both the home and school setting. Her favorite part about working with children is watching their young minds make sense of the world around them and watching them learn many new things. The early years of life are pivotal to development and Jenn deeply cares about supporting children and their families through these important moments of life. In her free time, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, dogs and loves exploring San Diego. She is excited to get to know you!
