Dr. Crystal Alstot
CEO/Clinical Director
Dr. Alstot’s passion lies at the intersection of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and trauma. She is a strong advocate for the importance of providing trauma-informed ABA services to individuals in need. Through her research and practical experience, she has developed innovative strategies and techniques that emphasize sensitivity, compassion, and respect for all clients with developmental differences.
Jenn Uithoven
Clinic Operator, Scheduler and Behavior Technician
After earning a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Grand Canyon University and working as a Graphic Designer for several years, Jenn discovered that her true calling and passion lay in working with children with special needs. She has experience working with children of various ages in both home and school settings. Jenn’s favorite part of working with children is watching their young minds make sense of the world around them and seeing them learn and grow. She believes the early years of life are pivotal to development and is deeply committed to supporting children and their families through these important stages. In her free time, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, and she loves exploring San Diego. She looks forward to getting to know you.
Christina Thomas
Registered Behavioral Technician
With over six years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, Christina has dedicated her career to supporting children with autism and other communication challenges.
Christina has had the privilege of working in both clinical and home settings, helping children develop essential communication skills while empowering families through practical, evidence-based strategies. Her approach is rooted in patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching—especially when working with children who learn differently.
She is committed to creating a fun, supportive environment where every child feels seen, heard, and encouraged to grow. Her goal is to help each child reach their fullest potential by fostering meaningful communication and building confidence through playful, engaging learning experiences.
Kiley Edwards
Registered Behavioral Technician
Kiley has a background in Early Childhood Education and a heart for early intervention, with three years of experience across two special needs settings. She loves working with young children and supporting them during those important early years of growth and discovery.
Her approach is centered around play, connection, and following each child’s lead. Kiley creates fun, engaging experiences that feel natural and exciting, helping children build skills through laughter, curiosity, and everyday moments. She believes that some of the best learning happens when children feel comfortable, happy, and free to explore.
Kiley truly enjoys building strong relationships with both children and their families. She brings a calm, patient, and encouraging energy to her work, always celebrating the little wins along the way. Her goal is to help each child feel confident, capable, and proud of who they are while growing in their own unique way.

Elaine Gracia
M.A. Supervisor
After earning her first degree in Criminology, Elaine discovered that her true calling lay in the field of special education and behavioral services. Elaine began her journey as a paraeducator, where she spent eight years supporting students and developing a strong foundation in individualized care and instruction.
Elaine’s passion for helping others led her to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where she worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for four years. During this time, Elaine deepened her commitment to the field and pursued further education, earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology followed by a master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Elaine has since advanced into a supervisory role, where she has been providing guidance and leadership for nearly four years. Having completed all of her required clinical hours, she is now preparing to sit for the BCBA exam in May 2026.
Elaine is deeply passionate about her work and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients and their families. Elaine believes that empathy and compassion are essential components of effective care and strives to deliver exceptional, individualized services every day.
