Jenn Uithoven
Clinic Operator and Behavior Technician
After earning a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Grand Canyon University and working as a Graphic Designer for several years, Jenn discovered that her true calling and passion lay in working with children with special needs. She has experience working with children of various ages in both home and school settings. Jenn’s favorite part of working with children is watching their young minds make sense of the world around them and seeing them learn and grow. She believes the early years of life are pivotal to development and is deeply committed to supporting children and their families through these important stages. In her free time, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, and she loves exploring San Diego. She looks forward to getting to know you.
Aly Wegner
Behavior Technician Supervisor
From an early age, Aly knew she wanted to work with children. As both a mother of children with ASD and ADHD and a Special Education Teacher, she holds a special place in her heart for children with unique abilities—not disabilities.
With over 10 years of experience, Aly has dedicated her career to supporting children with diverse needs. She holds a master’s degree in Special Education as well as a master’s in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Aly believes her journey has been guided by faith, filled with joy, purpose, and love.
She celebrates every achievement, no matter how small, recognizing that each milestone brings meaning and fulfillment to her work. The most rewarding moments for Aly are when she sees the spark in a child’s eyes as something begins to click.
In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, sipping coffee, and spending quality time with her children and family.
